Inventory is weak in this location. As well service is really poor. Cashier just stuffs clothes in a bag. Does not fold. Really. For the prices paid here. Expect better service.

I generally love REI and was under the impression that all locations were dog friendly. This location however, has a prominent sign when you walk in that says service dogs only. Unfortunately, I came specifically to purchase an expensive item for my dog that needed to be tried on first. They were kind enough to accommodate this situation but I was extremely disappointed about the no dog policy which they were quick to approach me about to inquire if it was a service dog.

No, the north location has more floor space and inventory. The perks of not being downtown!
Unfortunately not at this location because it is a southern store. They do not carry any ski or snowboard hardware, only clothing. Though the full assortment can always be found on REI.com.
REI generally doesnt have a big parts selection. They might be able to order you a shimano nexus or alfine, but certainly not a sturmey archer
Always best not to bring dogs to stores. They may have water outside.
