Dover's staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. That is where they excel. The selection is pretty good, however prices are high pretty much across the board. Until recently they were pretty much the only game in town, so you had very little options when you needed last minute equestrian gear or accessories. My daughter loves Dover, and now The Tack Hack, not far away is amazingly priced for overstocks of high end and other apparel & some gear. A great compliment yo Dover and awesome in it's own right. We were like kids in a candy store!

Went in to find a helmet for our daughter's first riding lesson and the ladies were very sweet. Ms. Hadley was patient in fitting our daughter's head and making sure it was a comfortable fit.

They don’t have a much stuff at the store I will say they don’t have almost nothing plus the kids or who is it works at the store are just pain in the ***. One of the young girl well they are young but they seems like they will die in two seconds. Absolutely no energy!! No passion for the works!!! The worst service ever..one of the young girl there she is always putting the stuff inside the bag like it’s some piece of trash / plus how is possible someone works at clothes store and she seems like she has no idea how to fold a clothes???seriously tragic service I hate going to this store but it’s only the one in Austin. Every visit is the same! People without energy with 0 interest/ fake / hate this store! Dover has good stuff but service at this store it’s deeply bad!

Came in to poke around, did buy some small items, both ladies working in the store were very friendly.

They don't but they have a book in the back of their store with advertisements for people who fix tack and they can give you that contact information and you can go from there
I would call them and ask them I can't remember off the top of my head but if they don't have it in their store I'm sure they could online order it and if they can't they might know someone who can and if that still doesn't pan out I would call the manufacturer of your saddle
Yes they have leg wraps and shipping boots.
