First of all I was processed right away no waiting at front desk. And no waiting to check out and get next appointment. I needed a complete eye examination But all stations were clean and technician were calming and efficient. Of course the main attraction Dr. Robit Krishna explains everything in terms you understand. They all look professional. The office is clean. The restrooms are clean. The surgical team was fabulous. I was so nervous. They calmed me so. They made all my anxieties disappear. Plus the surgical center is in the same building you are familiar going to. Parking is never an issue. No garages and elevators to navigate through. Good overall experience.
