They're not a gunsmithing shop. However, I'm sure they could point you in a good/reputable direction for having that kind of work done.

I'd encourage you to think about why you want an AR and what your intended uses might be. Will it be just a fun range gun? Will you use it for defense purposes? Do you have a specific hunting application in mind? AR's are essentially infinitely customizable and their intended use(s) should probably influence what kind of configuration you go with. The guys at PCA would absolutely take the time to talk with you about all of the considerations without a hard-sell.

I don't believe they're carrying reloading supplies at this time. I've never seen powder, primers, bullets, or presses in the shop. That may change in the future though.

They would be willing to talk with you about how to go about properly cleaning a gun assuming you're unfamiliar and looking for guidance. However, they're not a gunsmithing shop and firearms maintenance/services isn't really what they're there for. They do carry common gun cleaning supplies though and would be able to recommend specific products for different applications.
