Owner is extremely hostile and unprofessional. He upcharges and adds surcharges and would not remove them when I asked (such as signature requirement for the package). I have never in my life dealt with a more ignorant business owner.

For where I live, its perfect. They take everything USPS, UPS and Fedex. I'm in and out very quickly and the staff are always super helpful.

Update: The owner replied to my review with a scenario that didn’t involve me. After reading his response, something seems "fishy." I noticed the review response is dated 5 months after my review. I guess he could have me confused with someone else, but then I noticed that several of the negative reviews have an outlandish scenario in response to defend his poor behavior. The owner's erroneous response to my review demonstrates that he is going to make-up stories to cover himself. It would stand to reason he would also pull the same trick if something was lost or damaged under his care. Fact is that I walked out after the guy grunted at me with a sarcastic answer after I asked a pricing question. He uttered something to the effect of "if (you) know how to read ... " followed by in inaudible sentence. I asked him to repeat himself but he just muttered some more and pretended to be busy. I stood there, dumbfounded, and wondered how this guy is in business. I just left without confrontation or saying another word. *** Original Review: Walked in, then walked out after being treated rudely. You can see in the reviews/responses how confrontational and aggressive the owner/manager is.

I just wanted to shoot you a note to thank you for the care in which you packed my order. If only all shippers packed like you do. Everything is in perfect condition and I was even able to salvage 95% of the packing materials because of the neat and tidy way in which each item was packed. Thank you for helping me to preserve pieces of history to pass on to their next home.
