I had an appointment and I was five minutes late but was told I was past my ten minutes waiting time and had to reschedule. I told the front desk I went out to get a mask because they were taking care of other people but the front desk assistance still would not let me be seen by doctor. No consideration at all. She wasn't friendly nor had a friendly personality. I explained to her I was coming from work and left my job early she still would not accept my excuse and told me to reschedule. Very unfriendly and rude. I am not sure if I will be returning to this office. I definitely will not be referring anyone to go there. Customer Service at the Front Desk is awful. However, Dr.Quintero was absolutely wonderful my first visit.

The worst place you could ever use, I do not recommend this office at all. They don't return calls, even when you are having an emergency. Also after sent you a bunch of test with the wrong code so the insurance wasn't able to cover, they called us 1 day after our appointment to refuse to treat my mother because we use Doctor Garcia, the one that don't call you back in a middle of an emergency due to a medication prescribed by them. The staff is very rude, they don't care about the patients at all. They left my mom with Lupus without care. Shame on all of them!
