I can't understand why the ATM is always unable to receive deposits. Most of the time you can't receive cash from it either. The women inside say that the bank doesn't have anything to do with the ATM, I don't understand why they don't call the people that are responsible.

The staff is great. But closing on Saturday mornings is a hardship. And the building location is terrible. Surprised there have been no accidents when leaving due to the new road configuration.

Doesn't take deposits on the weekend, via their ATM. What sense does that make? I can take cash out, but can't put cash in? Or does the machine need to have Sunday off, too?

The typical banking staff is amazing. Investment staff doesn't follow up as promised. The parking situation is horrid. Entering the location since road was changed is a pain. Many of us in this area drive trucks, this parking lot is FAR from truck friendly.

Hello, Aaron. To remove a signer from a joint consumer account, both you and the additional owner or signer must visit a Wells Fargo branch. You will need to close your joint account and open a new account in only your name. -Casey, Wells Fargo HL Social
