the hotel looks very old and smells musty everywhere! I had an allergic crisis due to the strong smell of the carpet! cleaning was ok! however the hotel needs an urgent renovation! when I stayed at the reception waiting for my taxi, I was constantly pestered by the employees wanting to know if I was staying at the hotel yes or no, I had to relect that I was actually staying, about 3 times, I found it uncomfortable!

Very nice Hotel. It's a little tricky trying to find it. But if you pass it you can turn around. It's set back a little ways and that's why, but other than that it's worth it. An older couple runs this Hotel themselves. It's the most cutest thing ever! Very nice people. I do have to say this though. SHAME YOU WHO EVER YOU ARE THAT SMOKED IN THE ROOM. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF OR SELVES. I'm a smoker & when I walked into the room I could smell the smoke. It didn't bother me but, might have bothered a non-smoker. And it's just not cool to do such a thing. The lady is so tiny but I give them both credit for doing this on their own. Their house is even right next to the Hotel painted in the same color... It needs a little work but nothing that would ruin your stay. Also they have a special room for the handicap and anyone with a wheelchair. Rooms were clean. Laundry room, meeting room, & free breakfast. Oh & I can't even remember when the last time it was I paid .75 for a soda from the soda machine!!! I loaded up my cooler. Very nice people & very nice Hotel. Was under $90.00 for my stay. Thank you to the Patels for a wonderful stay!

The thing clean at this property were the bed linens. $89 + tax=$111. The room was filthy nasty with a huge black mold area in the ceiling above the shower head, the tub was dirty & needs to be thoroughly cleaned with a magic eraser, the commode tank top had a layer of dust & some small debris covering it, the bathroom tiles had black & dusty dirty accumulation around the the toilet & walls. The closet bifold door spring was broken, the pictures glasses were coated with a dirty film & dried dripping on them. I could not touch anything in the room because it was so unsanitary. I suspect this hotel has cut costs on cleaning supplies housekeeper hours. The parking is terrible but manageable. This is the only hotel at I-85N Exit 137. If they would just clean & be noteworthy for impeccable cleanliness this hotel would thrive & do well in my opinion. They need to do a thorough cleaning of the entire property. The front entrance glass doors were dirty with smudges & a film; this is a tell-tale sign of the property. I didn’t dare attempt continental breakfast or handle the tv remote without wiping it with a towelettes. It’s a downright horrible place to stay because it’s so filthy dirty and completely unsanitary.

Easily the worst Choice hotel I've ever stayed at. The owners are running this place into the ground. The smell is horrible throughout the entire hotel. Rooms and hallways are dirty. Walls and ceilings show signs of leaks with horrible repair patch work. The AC units leak water onto the room floor (myself and coworker experienced same issue), making a nice wet carpet for walking on in your socks. The bed sheets have large stains. The front desk employee (owner?) parks their rusted out vehicle in the portico entrance all day. The parking lot has trash all over the place. We left this hotel days early and checked into the Comfort Suites in Commerce instead.
