Called earlier about a baby snail problem to get help on how to slow it down or stop it. The lady laughed at me and the situation the entire time I was on the phone. Assumed I was looking to sell them when I never asked to all I needed was information on what to do. Laughed at me and told me snails A reproduce (check your facts ma'am because mystery snails do not. They do in fact need a mate.) Told me to just post them on the market to sell them (mind you still laughing) and said otherwise there was no help anyone can do. I’m glad my problem was funny enough for you. Sorry I even bothered calling. Update: she called me because I left this review and told me exactly the solutions I typed. She called sounding mad because I left this review but said nothing about the laughing nor did she say anything about giving wrong information when she OWNS the pet store. Listen, I wouldn’t have written the review if you laughed at me the ENTIRE conversation. If you own or are a part of a business you should know your facts or at least look it up. Don’t lie to someone about the information you are “providing”. Stop being unprofessional and move on.
