I have a close friend that has lived there for 16 months now. She is behind on rent due to being laid off for Covid so the landlord is trying to evict her. She has been trying to get him to do his paperwork part of the rent assistance application to no avail.

The new owners who took over in 2019 are terrible. They illegally did not notify us of the final walk through after we asked for the information twice. They also illegally withheld our deposit for for normal wear and tear and cleaning that is directly in conflict to our lease. I have called to discuss this 5 times, I have mailed them 2 letters to discuss, and now they are completely ignoring texts. They are slim lords....be aware. The advertised laundry facilities are disgusting and never work. There is literally trash all over the yards.

Drove all the way from 95th street by Oak Park Mall for a scheduled tour. Was told to call for the code when I arrived. Called multiple times and sent texts messages and no answer. Thank you for wasting my time and gas. Absolutely will NOT be considering here anymore. Parking looks terrible anyway
