Have called UPS dozens of times in the last year to have them add a note to my account with instructions on how to get to my address. I've had no less than 5 occasions of UPS delivering my goods to the wrong address, with the most recent shipment not even turning up by an honest neighbor. I wish I could just not ever use them, but so many online merchants make it hard to tell what courier will be used for shipping that boycotting them is futile. I never had any major issues with UPS before I lived at this address, but now I have less than half of my packages arrive successfully without me having to pick it up at a local access point or a neighbors porch. If you have any option, stay far away and you'll be much better served by FedEx or USPS.
