Not sure what is happening over there. I had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance . Showed up for my appointment and due to staffing issues they were 3 customers behind and not sure how long the wait would be. I was told I would receive a call back that day to re schedule. I did not receive a call so I calls back the next day and was told it was being worked on and I would get a call back. It’s been a week and I have not heard anything.

I had a wonderful experience here! From the front desk, to the doctor, everyone at the office was kind, caring, and helpful! My eye exam with Dr. Kaufman went smoothly and he answered all my questions. I also got a great deal on new eye glasses, and the staff helped me pick out the narrow down my choices and pick the best frames! This was my first time at this office, and I will definitely be back!

Dr Kaufman was rude and did not listen what I was saying, continuously repeating that I am not young anymore. When I got a given prescription, went to order my contacts at place with much lower prices, found out that it was not signed. Needed to go back and spent 1 hour of my live just because there where no signature. People working in the office , not knowledgeable and not too friendly. Never go back.
