watch out for slippery rocks
It's a swimming place where you can get alone time
The water itself is clean. However, there is a quiet a bit of broken glass on the bottom. I always pull out at least ten pieces and take them home to throw them away, since the garbage cans are always overflowing. Honestly I would wear water shoes.
The parking may be scarce but if you park at the bar they charge 5$ a car.

you can try being redneck central of spartanburg you may unearth rare bud light colors or Milwaukee's best aluminum cans and enough tires and rims out there to fill up a large metal container of scrap metal if your unlucky you could discover a dead body

It's more redneck white people than any other types of people. For the most part everyone is there to have a good time and they will welcome anyone. On the other hand if you venture across the street to Billy's Backstreet River Bar be forewarned that they are a "Southern Heritage" establishment and will let you know such.
