Redland is under new management office hours are now from 9am-5pm the only time the door goes locked will be after 5pm and you can ring the bell and someone will be with you in just a few short minutes. Redland is doing a lot of changes with the new management. We apologize if anyone had a bad experience. With that being said if you had a bad experience in the last few months or so come back and check out the new management crew who will go beyond great lengths to make your stay comfortable..For our racers that come and stay we offer late check out. I stayed here for over a year. There are so many drugs that it smells like weed daily. The rooms were dirty. Got mooved to a unfinished room becasue manger said he need the one i was in for a guest. So i moved since i have no where else to go. My wife and child moved in a few months later and we were koved to a room we though was amazing, but the floor in bathroom is made of partical board and was soaking in water from other guest. Every bed is stained with god only knows.we no longer live there for the owner gina was told by someone thay i was hacking the camera and watching them. Just becasue i am in computer technology business. So we were told on wensday to move out by friday. Two days to find a place mywife and son can go.. the lady says she christian but she not dont let her lie to you. The manger is amazing and nice her and her husband were very nice to ise. This review is for the owner being cheap and not lising to her on manger.

Excellent customer service from the man who takes care of the motel. My kids and I were stranded on our way home. It was around 1-2am, and though the motel hours were 7am - 10pm, the lights were on and the office was open, but no one was at the desk. I called the number and a woman answered. I appeared to have woken her. She told me someone would be out shortly. A nice man checked us in, even provided a "hardship" discount. Room was old, but clean. Beds extremely comfortable to 3 exhausted individuals. As we were getting settled in, my kids overheard the woman make a rude comment to the man about checking us in after hours. The man stood up for us saying, "what was I supposed to do, leave them out there?" No, he wasn't, he did the right thing. And I am grateful to him, otherwise we'd be sleeping in the car. The next morning the man continued to show hospitality by offering breakfast and a place to wait, as I waited for a tow. I highly recommend Red Land Motel.
