I have been living here at Rice Creek apartments since August 2021, I really enjoy living here my apartment gives me a amazing feeling so much space and everything that I wanted in apartment. I'm very big on customer service when I walk into the office Madison always greet me with a kind smile always ready to listen to my concerns, if any and the manager i can't remember her name, lol, but the both of them are beautiful and amazing staff members here at Rice Creek apartments they makes my stay here so comfortable and satisfied. I thank y'all for the great service that you all have been giving me since I have been living here at Rice Creek apartments.

Save yourself. Noise from the highway is horrendous. The ONE trashcan for the whole neighborhood overflows at least once a month. They also call the tow truck about flat tires- even after speaking with management about the issue and that we were proactively solving it - they still towed our car. It really is just the worst place I have ever lived. With that said, the maintenance staff are the nicest people and get my maintenance request done quickly, it’s the leasing office staff that make me want to pull my hair out.
