Leasing office people are very arrogant and dishonest people. Also my motorcycle was stolen and they refused to do anything about it. They add late charges even though you pay the rent on time. I've lived for nearly 2 years and wouldn't recommend renting this place at all. A/c doesn't work in summers, terrible maintenance and extremely old apartments.

Clubhouse and pool are not open and they told us they'd be done beginning of summer and it's now September. Disappointing.

Applied for apartment and paid fee, called several times and emailed. Absolutely no response. Stay away unless you just want to lose your app fee

Charles H., I'm trying to help you, please call the office, and I think one of the leasing agent's will tell you how much a deposit for a two bedroom two bath apartment will be. You may have to fill out a rental application first. This is from past personal experience.
No, I do not know their breed restrictions in my head. But there May be paperwork, u can see.( I personally would ask to see the breed restrictions on paper.) You don't have to do that though. Someone can tell you in the office. Or, you can call, and talk to someone. Just please call the number. Those people work in that office. :)
