quiet apartment community surrounded by nature and shelby wildlife....friendly neighbors..affordable price points..spacious apartments...a hop skip and a jump from stoney creek and walking trails...maintenance issues are resolved quickly with expertise and care and then there's nicole, the property manager. a special shoutout to you should you read this. you are attentive, sociable, professional, accessible, friendly, communicative and excellent in your position. my experience at your community has always been five stars throughout the years.

We’ve lived here for just over a month and a half now and can honestly say it’s the best place we’ve ever lived. Nicole and Michelle in the office are so kind, responsive, and knowledgeable it’s truly such a joy to work with them. Maintenance requests are handled same day, the maintenance crew is also so kind and knowledgeable. The grounds are maintained well, the neighbors are quiet and respectful, the entire community here is just so great. The apartment itself is spacious, I absolutely love the balcony as well. The price point they charge is fair in my opinion (there isn’t a clubhouse/amenities like some other complex’s have) so I greatly appreciate the complex taking that into consideration when considering rent prices. The rates they charge are extremely fair for the location, square footage, atmosphere you get. I’ve had absolutely no problems as of yet and I don’t expect to. I have to give Nicole another shout out though. We were on the waiting list for an apartment last year and unfortunately we had to find alternative housing&werent able to get a place at that time, but we loved Nicole and Stoney Creek Village so much that we HAD to apply again this year and we are so glad that we did because we were able to get in! The reapply process was so smooth, Nicole even remembered us from the year prior and we picked up where we left off as if we were old friends. The kindness and professionalism Nicole has is UNMATCHED by any property manager/complex we’ve rented from in the past. Nicole has been there to help us through our multiple questions throughout the process, and has even helped calm my worries. You are the best Nicole I truly truly appreciate all you do! I’ve even recommended Stoney Creek Village to people, and I know a few people on the waiting list currently are people I’ve recommended. I can truly truly say that we whole heartedly want to live here for many years to come. Stoney Creek Village has become our home. Thank you so so much again!

I have family that live here and they've been living here for years. Parking is somewhat tight as are most apartment complexes. They keep the grounds clean and the apartments are fairly large. You don't hear your neighbors very much, all things considered. Not sure on the pricing, but if it's reasonable, I'd say this is a great place to live. Cheers

First off, most of the reviews for this place are for the communities within Stoney Creek Village apartments so disregard the rating because it's not accurate. Not sure how those people don't know where they live lol.
