My husband purchased our dinner from here along with dessert. The restaurant failed to give the dessert which was paid for. Unfortunately they were closed when we tried calling and there voicemail did not allow a message to be left. We called again on the next date that they were open (as they were closed the following day after purchase). The employee basically interrogated my husband with implications of him trying to get something for free! Let's be clear, this place is very expensive... after about 8 or so minutes of back and forth with my husband trying to explain to her we did not recieve the dessert that was paid for, he simply gave up and told her we will no longer do business with this establishment. Instead of providing the item WHICH WAS PAID FOR AND NOT GIVEN, she continued to basically accuse him of trying to get a free item. We live about 15-20 minutes away and he didnt notice it was missing until he got home. We spent over $30 for a medium pizza, a few wings and a cheesecake. I doubt very seriously if we would try to rob thus business of a 6.50 cheesecake🙄. Pathetic. Poor customer service. I do notvrecommend this place unless you are purchasing early in the day time so that you are able to get your order corrected in that moment.

In a sad attempt to order from elsewhere, we stumbled upon this place. I ordered. Husband picked up (Something had happened that night with the first girl who helped my husband during pick up, we hope the employee was okay!) We loved the food and enjoyed the refreshing positive and straight forward customer service from all that night. They even did a phone call afterwards to see how things tasted. Looking forward to many more visits!
