Ordered online on app. Arrived at store, doors were locked on both sides even though there is a sign for pickup to go inside at the counter for pick up mobile orders. Went thru drive thru and told em I had mobile order, I proceeded to window, picked up order. I got home and fries and sandwich were old, plus the sandwich was supposed to be original. I received spicy and found a tiny bone in sandwich.

I understand inflation and escalating costs to do business in this current atmosphere and expected prices to soar. And soar they have. However, I did not expect double gouging. I just purchased an 8-piece chicken tender box and when I got home with my purchase, I was shocked at what this restaurant put in my box. Only 2 of the 8 tenders were comparable in size to tenders in the past. Three of the "chicken tenders" were barely the size of chicken nuggets. The other 3 pieces were smaller but not diminished to the size of chicken nuggets. Not only has KFC raised prices but they also have reduced the quantity of food. My family and I have enjoyed KFC for many years, but I will not patronized this restaurant going forward. I do NOT recommend this KFC.

Food was ok. The person at the window was pleasant and asked me to move forward to wait for my food. No big deal, I've been asked this before, however; this time it took over 20 min for them to bring my food out. I watched a good 10 other cars get food and keep on going. No apologies, nothing. I get places are short staffed ~ there appeared to be 3 people working tonight (I couldn't go in and ask for my food since the dining room is closed, but I could see inside how many were working). Communication is key. A simple 'hey it's going to take time to cook xxxx' when I placed my order I or when I paid would have been great. And, I was missing part of my order.

The food was awful. The staff wasn’t much better. When our total was rang up, we were told a totally different price as opposed to what we were told through the drive though, with the price going from 19 and some change in the drive through to 24 even at the window. With no receipt handed to us either, so I can’t even confirm the price difference or why it was 24 even. You’re better off going to either food places on either side of this place. Do not go here unless you’re just dying for KFC, even then get some chicken nuggets from Wendy’s next door.
