Wish I had listened to the bad reviews. Placed a delivery order from here and only received it after calling them 1.5 hours later. DON'T ORDER DELIVERY.

We order pizza here every week and have for a couple years. Usually it’s really good but last couple times not so much. Tonight our pizzas had almost no sauce. It was so dry it was like cheese on bread. Not good when it is so dry. Ended up just eating the toppings. So disappointed. Wondering if something has changed and won’t go back to being good consistently. If I was closer I would have taken both the pizza’s back.

Love this store but weekends are busy so prepare for longer than usual wait times. Don't be a Karen. On busy days you may or may not get everything you ordered...just fell victim to that today which wasn't a big deal I bought a bunch of extra sauces and peppers LOL called and asked for a refund on JUST what I didnt receive and he seemed stressed telling me he would just refund the entire order. I did not call to get free food. I called for the money back that I spent on what I didnt receive. I was very nice and asked for the refund instead because I didnt want you to have to send your driver back out again on a busy day. Keep the extra money, not a huge deal. And y'all really shouldn't be so rude to these people when mistakes happen. Places are understaffed right now, they're doing their best and majority of these workers are young. Be kind.

The store management at this location is very unaccommodating and in a time like covid when people are willing to pay more instead of risk going out this manager refused to deliver 5 min from their store to a customer that has had pizza delivered for 3 years and said she does not know why anyone approved it. We have ordered hundreds of times from there and always tip well. I guess they don't appreciate their customers.
