I found a barber at this shop that provided a really great haircut. But, I have had numerous appointments cancelled at the last minute. The other barbers I was rescheduled with did a poor job. After having multiple appointments cancelled, I got my haircut elsewhere for months. Just recently, I rescheduled an appt with the same barber, only to get a message the week before that they would not be available. Loved the haircut, but the customer service here is miserable.

Have had several haircuts here but am afraid I won't be returning. Called to schedule an appointment yesterday and because the barber I usually have wasn't working, I was given an appointment with another. No problem. I went in and got my normal cut, a one-clip buzz. After the haircut I went to pay, and while I was leaving a Venmo tip for the barber, the receptionist charged the card I had on file without confirming the price with me, or whether or not that was the card I wanted to use. At no point was it mentioned to me that I was booked with a barber whose price was twice what I normally pay. When I called today to explain the situation, the receptionist had nothing to say except "OK" before hanging up. Just poor customer service.

The best haircuts I've ever had!! Been living in the west village for a few years now and used to go to Martial Vivot, which was great but $$$$. I had heard good things about Fellow Barber from friends and gave it a try. I went to Stan for the first time a few months ago and he's my new go to. He's phenomenally skilled and delightfully stylish. A sorcerer with the scissors, Stan is always reliable for a fresh cut.
