Don't order from this site. They substituted all of the items in my order for different products altogether. After 3 days of trying, I am beginning to think they will never answer the phone, nor emails. I have now given up. Lesson learned - never order from here again. Now to see if I can dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I wanted to exchange something and emailed them 10 minutes after I place the order….. I called no answer and all of I sudden I get an email after they shipped the item I’m sure they want to get extra money with a restocking fee but it ain’t that serious….never again will I order from them….take your business elsewhere where you can actually get in contact with a worker.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!! NEVER, EVER shop with Hair to Beauty!!! I placed an order for passion twist crochet braid hair that I NEVER received!!! These SCAMMERS created a UPS shipping ticket & sent me the tracking number...but they NEVER sent my order to UPS!! I called after the date passed that I should have received my order & all they did was give me a run around of LIES!!! Now they won't answer the phone. I have sent SEVERAL EMAILS requesting a refund & no response from these SCAMMERS!! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!! They scam you into thinking they have the products you are looking for, take your money & NEVER SEND YOUR ORDER...and you won't get your money back!!!

Despite all the recent bad reviews, I ordered from them without knowing about the reputation they had. I was really scared they wouldn’t send my hair, but they did! The shipping took a while although I paid for 2nd Day Air shipping, (ordered on the 8th and got the hair on the 13th) but the hair still fake in time for my appointment. I emailed them and they got back to me. My order was correct and the hair wasn’t damaged. I’m pleased & happy that they didn’t do me dirty. :)
