I have had a unit here for a long time now and every single time i have tried to contact the owner they never answer the phone an they dont have a office so there is litterally no way to contact them

I went to my unit to get something and couldn't get in. New locks were put on but I was never informed of this. How do I get access?

Call the office. when I purchased mine they said they were in the process of changing to these new locks but I didn't know they were not going to give the new keys to the tenants before hand.
