Would have loved to attend this market, got there, found a parking spot, started walking in and then I see a sign that dogs are not allowed. What? I have never seen this at a farmers market before. Dogs not allowed but bratty, unkempt kids are welcome to run rampant and unattended. Confirms what I think about Oak Park. To paraphrase Hemingway (or whoever), wide lawns, narrow minds. SO TRUE!

Everything is fresh, and a great way to spend a Saturday morning.

All the farmers selling the same vegetables, except the flower lady but still how many cut flowers can a person purchase. Prices are high, even the doughnuts from the church.

Yes during the summer
Yes
Yes, a lot of people bring dogs and just across the street is a dog park.
I have never seen someone handing out fliers for a garage sale. You may want to get approval at the oak park village offices at lombard and madison. Most garage sales postings are made through moms mail. Its a free service put out by a local oak park mom. It goes to 5000 households and its free.
Yes
It depends on the season. Lots of berries in the spring, moving to summer, then fall fruits. It also has a wide selection of veggies. There are also breads, cheeses, and meat. It is a wonderful Farmers' Market.
They sell many types of beans but only the ones that are in season that week.
Yes, there is a stall in the south east corner of the market that sells flowers.
Yes. Vendors are known to skip it or pack up early though in bad weather. So earlier is better to get there.
