The store changed greatly and not for the better. They did a small expansion of where the men dept was once before. There has to be 60% LESS clothing available. The days of glory are gone.

Trends used to be my favorite consignment shop. The quality is gone sadly. I bought a shirt and noticed it had a hole in the elbow when I got it home. I didn't have time to bring it back for about a week. The 2 ladies at the front desk were so rude to me about the shirt and unsympathetic to paying over $20 for a used shirt that I can't wear.

I've only been to this store 2 times. Once to do a quick return for someone before COVID and the second time to shop. I went in there expecting a wonderful experience because people were raving about this place and I agree! This is because the clothes they had was unique and was very spacious. But there was one older employee around the age of 40-50 and I'm younger than 20 so she kept staring at me. Everywhere I went she was looking at me and I felt uncomfortable. Because as a young person I get these stares and glances as if people think I'm going to steal, but I'm not, I'm a regular shopper that just wants to explore Oak Park more. Through my hair I kept seeing this lady eyeing me even though she was pretending to do her own thing. I got fed up with her and just left the store. I did like a few pieces but I felt uncomfortable with her always seeing me that I didn't buy anything.
