Okay I found out the answer is "no". You have to call them because apparently they don't care enough to call you for a part ordered in-store.

I usually get pretty good service from knowledgeable people. Occasionally a person won't know as much as the others but they at least try to be helpful. I figure for what they get paid to feed their families, you are getting your money's worth. It can't be easy to be helpful sometimes when you are worried about food and shelter for your family all the time.. As a customer, being demanding and rude doesn't get you better service.
