Bought a stereo for my girlfriends birthday, when we opened the box it was the complete wrong thing, like someone put their old radio in the box and returned it to the store. The lady at the front was very understanding and made it right, she ordered another one brand new at no cost to me and even gave me 10% off as an apology. Wish I got her name but didn’t even think about it. But everyone working here was very nice and accommodating. Good place
