This place has some of the best meats in the city. Their burgers are absolutely fantastic, and are certainly restaurant quality. They also have a good variety of meats. You can order online or shop in the store which is basically a big refrigerator. I highly recommend!

I love going in there. Bring a light jacket, because it's a meat locker show room. Bill A. is so helpful. I picked up the 5 lb Italian Roast Beef and Au Jus. Bill said to heat the Au Jus only, turn off heat and then add the meat, so that the meat stays tender. It was amazing. I've also ordered Porterhouse steaks. They were also amazing.

They are a butcher shop they will prepare any meat they offer for sale but if you are looking for pre packaged knuckles the answer is no but they can prepare.
