Horrible customer service. When I asked for help finding a dress off the mannequin, the lady at the counter told me to go find it, that i wasn't 5 years old and didn't need to be told where things were. When I told her her purpose was to help the customer, she said I could look around and find it myself. That if I was at H&M shopping I would be browsing not asking so many questions.

I went to look for a wedding dress for myself and there was no one to help me in the store. Since nobody came to help me, I went to ask the lady there, and she didn't even help, only in a very bad way, she asked who the bride was and when I told her that the dress was for me, she looked me up and down. In the end I tried on a dress and they were going to close and the only thing that worried her was if I was going to pay for the dress, it wasn't even to ask if I liked it or if it looked good on me. very bad service
