Two ladies she cared for looked like they were not taken care of. Both elderlies looked like they were never given water; they both drank 3 cups of water and 1 cup of juice. She came across other elderly, asked where she could get water, but the elderly said they wouldn't give my mom water or anything.

The facility is dirty. My mom’s IV leaked on the floor and the puddle was there for three day. The food is disgusting and you are unable to choose what you eat. I had to bring food in for my mom everyday because what they serve is inedible. The doctors and nurses do not communicate with each other. I had to tell them what the other said. If you are a Medicare patient be aware that they don’t tell you that you are only covered by Medicare for the first ten days. Told us my mom tested positive for COVID but when when tested her she was negative both times. After she was coming out of the mandatory 14 day quarantine they tried to put a COVID positive patient in her room. When questioned they said they retested my mom and she was still positive. They never retested my mother that was an outright lie. When we threaten to call the State and the Board of Health they pulled the patient from my mothers room. The next day we signed her out!

DO NOT WORK IN THIS Nursing home!! There’s so much abuse going on they do not respect residents right to refuse. Worst floor is 4th Floor to work for. LPN Maria is rude and harassing CNAs. The New Management has poor leadership and do not care of the staff. **********DO NOT WORK HERE*********

This place is terrible. Go any where else but Regal heights. We had placed my Grandmother there an she was being mistreated . Her belongings would always disappear. They would put other ppls underwear on her. An they wouldn't wash her up an they neglected to feed her. This place went down hill after the new management took over. I rather be sent to a shelter or prison to live out my last days before going to Regal heights. Seriously!
