I am in Columbus Indiana for a work trip. This hotel was booked for part of my stay so I could not book my full stay at this hotel. I booked part of my stay at a different hotel. Hotel check out was 11am at the other hotel and check in at this hotel is 3pm. If it wasn’t for Mandy at the front desk of Hotel Indigo, I would’ve have nowhere to go for a few hours. Even with a wedding party at the hotel, she accommodated me earlier so I can get into a room. She was very helpful and very informative. I’m only giving it a four-star because I do feel like parts of the hotel is kind of still old looking. You can tell they tried to renovate but certain things wasn’t. All in all though, this hotel is located downtown & convenient to everything.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Indigo. We arrived very late and had a problem with our key and only lukewarm water in the shower. The next morning, the front desk fixed the key and arranged to change rooms in a fully booked hotel. The new room was perfect. The free breakfast was quite nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Okay… the hotel is gorgeous and clean, located near great food and has an incredibly kind staff, including a cute doggo who greets guests at the door. My issue came when I laid down to sleep and realized that there’s a train track that runs the length of the hotel- as a light sleeper this was bad news for me. I counted 4 trains that came through the one night I stayed. I would not recommend for light sleepers.

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Indigo during a baseball tournament. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Mandy made arrangements easy. She was so kind and understanding. The hotel staff are so friendly and kind. Tripp the hotel dog was the best!!! Such a great idea. We had a great time.

The pool is indoors and was open when we were there two weeks ago.
