Well worth the drive! Super clean areas to fish from. You can park your vehicle near where you are fishing. An almost GUARANTEED catch. Perfect for a family outing😊 I'd suggest going early due to the sun, or bringing an umbrella (if it's not windy). Staff working there were very nice too. I'm definitely going back soon!

This business is located less than one-quarter mile off highway 160, approximately four miles east of Interstate 49. They open at 8 am Monday thru Saturday. Graded roads are part of the divided paths between the catfish ponds. It is possible to fish at the banks of each pond with a cane pole and/or reel and rod. I advise you to choose one or the other. This was my third visit to E-Z catch fishing with a small group. We caught 28 pounds of catfish the first time, and 40 plus pounds the second trip. The catfish weren't very interested in our worms or chicken hearts baits this trip. However, we still caught a total of 22 plus pounds. Our largest catch today was approximately five plus pounds. Occasionally, a rider on a four-wheeler may ask in you need something. Items that may be sold are a variety of bait, softdrinks, lemonade, homemade ice cream and etc. Some fishermen set-up tents for shade. The age of the fishermen ranged from youth to senior citizens, and they arrived in cars and trucks. The cost was $2.00 a pound. For $3.00 a pound E-Z catch will process your catch as fillet, steaks or whole catfish. The E-Z catch crew are very courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled at their tasks.
