Despite a couple of reviews about service, I found the female Pinay rep to be super sweet. The white male was very stand offish. I priced some accessories in time for Father’s Day and was invited back for champagne to celebrate father. Top tier service.

Me and my wife visited the store and purchased a bag on memerial day, my wife left an expensive scarf in the store when she realized that was 5 days later. I called the store but the clerk told me it was thrown away. I couldn't believe that's how they treated a customer. My wife has an account with all her contacts in there. Very bad customer service my wife is very upset cause the scarf means a lot to her. Terrible customer service.

Bad customer service, unfortunately my order was given to someone else with out an ID 🤦‍♂️ Asked for video footage but they couldn’t, Dominic was so unprofessional, was told I had to resolve this issue with customer service online after they gave my bag to an unknown person, took about 2 weeks for this unprofessional matter to be taken care !! Worst customer service Walmart would ID anyone for an online pick up, come on guys get it together or get honest working people that don’t steal from the store they work at 🧐makes no sense
