Walmart Supercenter

I am at this Walmart twice a week at least. Why so much? I can only walk so far and cannot walk aisle by aisle. There is NEVER a power chair available and if my count is correct they have 6 power carts. I agree that stock is never on the shelf and have had to wait almost 40 minutes for a key carrier to come unlock .99 shaving cream only to be told it can be picked up at reg 8. The only line they have open. I will not stand 15-20 minutes in line for that. I finally have got it to where I can pick up my under-lock items at the self-check out but I have heard many employees who are on the floor working complain about the job and management. Very disappointed with the service at Walmart here in Barstow.

So true. Again just try to find an employee to help us disabled seniors lift heavy objects. But! That's not the employees fault for such under staffing; management needs to own up to their stores being so poorly staffed. And the under staffing beings with corporate

Leonard this is the worst Walmart I've ever shopped in and I've been in many lines are long trying to get help in the under lock down like aspirin Ext horrible mgt leaves alot to be desired

Yes there's a separate entrance for rigs .. if your coming off the freeway go past armory Rd ,(it will look like your passing Walmart for a sec an then you'll see the rear entrance for trucks that are overnight parking.

Every car has different weights of oil. Your car might have needed say 5w20 and they were out of that weight. The other customers car might have needed 0w40 or 10w30. Each and every car model takes a certain weight. If the car is under warranty Walmart must use that weight or it will violate the engine and car warranty. The other car/truck probably just needed a different weight that they still had in stock. I was a shop manager and have done thousands of oil changes and I have never just put in any oil. I always check the oil cap for the weight first, then ask what type of oil the customer want. The have conventional, hi milage and synthetic oil. And several weights of each, plus all the oils inside..

Well first of all, they dont just close when ever they feel like it. People need restroom and rest breaks. Staffing overhead and employees calling in have their effects. Perhaps you might consider other reasons such as a slow day and management feeling the staff would be more useful covering breaks etc. These are people just trying to survive under coorperate rule. As a former employee, these people are tired also and quite often just want to go home to their families.Granted staff needs to work on attitude being its not the customers fault. There is more to than meets the eye it

It is not conclusive yet but I have been told that eventually the parking at the old Walmart will be available to use somewhere down the road. My own personal opinion is that they're going to have to because the existing parking is way too small for such a big Walmart and I also think it could have been designed a little bit better.
