Why do they close the money service center when ever they feel like it. Its very inconvenience for people to use Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart and this service is closed while another State store and service are open?

Well first of all, they dont just close when ever they feel like it. People need restroom and rest breaks. Staffing overhead and employees calling in have their effects. Perhaps you might consider other reasons such as a slow day and management feeling the staff would be more useful covering breaks etc. These are people just trying to survive under coorperate rule. As a former employee, these people are tired also and quite often just want to go home to their families.Granted staff needs to work on attitude being its not the customers fault. I would have to say that it is a good question. Unfortunately I don't have any kind of answer. I didn't realize that they did that.

I did call before I went. They said it was opened when I got there it was closed. The employees don't seem to know the hours.. Smh ridiculous

And depending on the time zones.... but if this was to happen I would call the main number and complain

They actually don't do that. Walmart has regular hours for the Money Center you just need to give them a call to find out what the hours are.
