Leonard this is the worst Walmart I've ever shopped in and I've been in many lines are long trying to get help in the under lock down like aspirin Ext horrible mgt leaves alot to be desired
Yes always worst Walmart I been to but unfortunately I live here so no other option..some employees are very cool and friendly but 1/3 seem lost and shelves are always empty in certain aisles.
I know thee only employee I came in contact with had an attitude. They literally locked up $1.99 items. I should be the one upset! My time is worth a lot more than $1.99.
No Walmart is going to give great customer service. Their main agenda is not customer service only $$. But don't most companies operate that way now days?
I've I've always been a fan of shopping at Walmart's all over...And then I moved to Barstow CA...I've never before been so disgusted with the employee's customer service ethics and obvious disregard for their customers. I I truly hate having to go there because of budget issues...especially if I have to go there in person.
Yes the barstow Walmart has the #1 in worst employee attitude ever, some of them dont even look like they want to be there or are playing on phones and when asked a question it's the worst thing in the world to get a response with out being rude.hands down the worst Walmart ever.
I find these conditions in every walmart....its always a waste of time to shop there
I moved up here about two months ago I have been to Walmart in Vegas, gilroy, and the high desert has the " I don't want to work " employees.now when I first went to this one in barstow the workers were sweethearts and loved to help but this last trip was like being ghosted 🌵🏜️ I don't know why walmart hires people that are rude and don't like to work. I recommend shopping online it's so much better than dealing with the employees🧟♂️🧟♀️
Very rude at this Wal-Mart, and ridiculous lines with only 2 registers open most of the time. Good luck with the locked up items as well, everyone is too busy for the customer and we seem to be a hassle to the employees.
It always takes them forever to help you with anything.
The Barstow Walmart is a major reason to shop out of town.

I only go to that Walmart when I'm on my way to Arizona normally I get there about 7:30 in the morning,. I never had a problem
I hear you I hear all of you my neighbor and I it's a 50 mi round trip for us to Walmart and one day her card was declined for groceries after she had just used it 30 minutes earlier in another part of the store Embarrassing !and nobody would come and help her and there was an employee standing next to us and he just looks over and he says wow that's weird I never seen that happen before and just stood there with his hands behind his back grinning. And after we get home she gets a message asking if she had tried to use her card earlier she responded Yes and they said okay your account is reactivated you can retry your purchase thank you thank you for shopping at Walmart.!!!
Always! I hate coming here! I always try to do online or unless I need something immediately, I go with people around me.
