First time going there and the last. Washing machine wouldn't spin the clothes so they were soaking wet .Then the dryer wouldn't heat up 🙄 Another laundry mat in carteret county that's not maintained. I wouldn't recommend this place.💯

The Budget Chic Store

I have been here before and have seen the staff change they come and go. It really has brought down the quality of this business over the years due to the people they have hired to work for them. However there equipment is up to date it does not take long to wash and dry your clothing. There were a couple of dryers that needed to be serviced. Please fix the lettering on the side of building of the name of your business because of the traffic that passes through. We still love you and Morehead City needed a laundromat because we did not have one for many years!

The place is big, people are friendly. Staff always eager to assist. Would be a 5 star but issue is half the washers are broke and a number of dryers. This causes a bottle neck of customers trying to get their clothes washed.
