The staff is AMAZING, I’m always greeted with a smile or hello! I am also impressed with the cleanliness of this gym considering its 24 hr access. Definitely recommend!

Thanks for asking! We are a smaller footprint gym but not by much! We dedicate all our space to fitness and have top of the line equipment with a variety from cardio to free weights. We offer 7 day passes so you can try it out before deciding if we are a good fit for you. Thank you!
HI! You have to have a membership to workout but to sign up you can just sign in. The staff are there from 8-6 monday thru thursday and 8-2 friday and 10-2 Saturday.
We don't have a class like that at this time. When our virtual fitness is installed we will have a wide array of classes that may work for what he needs. If you have any more questions please feel free to contact us!
This how I was first introduced to this Anytime. I came as a guest of my father-in-law. Joined when my wife and i moved here.
