I have no reservations recommending United Restoration. I discovered a mold issue in one room of my house after starting a home renovation. After interviewing multiple companies, it became clear that they understood what was causing the mold. I was presented with a fair quote and work was started immediately. The crew was fantastic from start to finish. I unfortunately found other rooms that had mold and needed to call United Restoration back and again was presented with a fair quote. United Restoration has great relationships with many insurance carriers because of our proven track record of providing honest and transparent billing and estimates for every project. Additionally, we use Xactimate for estimating as it is the industry-wide accepted estimating program used by insurance carriers and adjusters, which allows for ensuring industry-standard pricing and––hopefully––the quickest insurance claim resolution.
All of United Restoration’s cleaning and restoration services are performed by highly trained and certified in-house technicians. This allows us to work with a team that we trust to represent us to enter our client’s homes and building, while performing work that accurately reflects our standards.
Property restoration rates are industry wide set rates that are calculated and produced by using advanced software such as Xactimate. None of our rates are arbitrary, and often it will require our team to work together with the on-site technicians to evaluate detail by detail, exactly what kind of work will need to be done.
On average, we have succeeded in responding to all emergencies within 10 minutes. Choosing a company like United Restoration that is locally owned and operated can be the difference between a minor loss and a total loss.
