The retreat of broward is a great first step to getting your life back and starting on the journey of recovery. It is a smaller facility so you get lots of individual attention and the staff is extremely caring and helpful

A party of 5 came into the restaurant I work at this week, all very polite the whole time, we laughed together and they praised me saying I was very nice and the best waitress they ever had. The bill was $119 and change. The tech, with Retreat of Broward embroidered on her red polo, left $5. Five dollars would be fine if the total was $25. Two percent of my sales go to the busser so I basically paid for them to eat. Please teach your staff proper tipping etiquette, especially if they’re paying with your business name written on the card. And if you’re the types that say “I don’t believe in tipping, they’re the ones who choose to work in that business,” then do us servers all a favor and stop going out to eat. Left a sour taste in my mouth and I will never serve your staff again
