Nice, new (or new-looking) facility. Very nice lobby. Staff was friendly and professional. The hotel is just a five-minute drive from downtown Franklin, which is very picturesque with several nice restaurants and coffee shops. A nice place to stay if you are visiting this area, which is some stunning country.

We’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn in Franklin a couple of times in preparation for a section hike of the AT. They have always been so accommodating and helpful. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is just what we need to send plus off on our journey.

Had a very pleasant night at this hotel. Quiet and conveniently located. Well maintained facilities with tiny cosmetic exceptions in the public areas, but rooms were very clean and comfortable for the price/area.

Had a great single night stay at this Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly, courteous, professional and welcoming. The check in process was quick and easy as was check out. Slept like a rock and was raring to go for my hike the next day. Convenient location and a fair and competitive price for this area. The only thing that I saw that could be improved was the cosmetic damage on the first floor hallway. Some of the wallpaper was pealing very badly for unknown reasons. A minor thing that in no way impacted my stay.
