Train your staff outside of business hours. I went this morning to have breakfast and waited 15mn just for someone realized I was there and I take my order. Waited another 5mn just to be serve coffe. Waited 1:05Hr in total and never received my breakfast. What a way to waste my morning. If you want to save some buck by training staff on the run while other servers are having to look over the new ones and also serve their own tables, then be aware you are going to lose regular customers like myself.
