We just moved out a month ago after 2.5 years at Bridgeport. Staff was responsive with inquiries and if I needed a repair or new air filter, they were super fast, friendly, and gave good advice. The pool is never busy, never had to wait for a sunbed or chair. Same with the grill, on a rare occurrence, people using them would work you in....the apartments are nice and they currently are upgrading them. We have made good friends there and the people are friendly. The complex location is very close to the mall and restaurants....overall, if I had not moved to a house I would have stayed here.

Highly recommend to checkout! Community is quiet, clean and the staff is professional and respectful. Has to be one of the most well established communities in all of Santa Clarita. Martin is excellent and Victoria is wonderful!

Customer service like Nordstrom at Bridgeport Coast Apartments! A big shout out to Victoria and Rachel!! Outstanding individuals who helped us navigate an out of state move. When we moved into the apartment, everything was clean and organized. All Covid protocol is being followed and they are super careful. Recent minor issues we had after moving in were dealt with quickly and responsibly. Beautiful apartments and grounds and pet friendly with awesome employees !!! Great location in town too. Perfect!!

Yes. Proof of renters insurance must be provided to your leasing agent prior to your move-in date. For specific information, including required coverage amounts for your community, contact a leasing agent.
You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.
