Again today: 1. I made a reservationfor scheduled pick-up but didn't come. -hope i can choose only possible pick-up date. -or if got a mail information at least it was delayed. 2. Usps site click& ship has a label issue about apt number - did not print. -i mean. Should this be an issue as an delivery company? 3. So I visited this center to drop-off two package today and asked the person i met above things to be fixed. And he said, click&ship is none of their company and he is not the delivery man. I mean, I reserve all this on USPS site and I visited USPS And literally those are what I heard. What I've been so frustrating is Lack of Responsibility and any intention to make it better. What I've seen is blaming, accusing, and just saying not their fault while those are all thier-this company fault- things they have to care. 4. I asked the receipts for the drop-off twice, but couldn't get those he said it is too big to make a receipts. Today: My mail is forwarded to different address in transit history. ..the same address I have gotten my packages all the time. What is wrong with this place? You do not have any right to make people this stressful. If you work here, work right and make your coworker work right. Why this place make people stressful and make people waste their time and energy uselessly by not doing duty? 6month ago: You have to make delivery man to left his or her number to the missed delivery so they just not to leave note without any trying to contact. Make it systematically and organized please so that your delivery person be responsible. I was in my home and didn't get any call or message and only get the paper for redelivery. Make systems please..

I never write bad reviews and I have been a frequent customer at this USPS location, however, this might be the last I come to this one. Every time I come here, I spent lots of time and they are extremely slow, unprofessional and rude, but this is due to the poor management in this store. Trying to get help, the manager and her helper, PRISCILLA and KOURTNEY, were really UNPROFESSIONAL and giving me a lot of attitude after they lost a $2000 package almost 3 months ago. Also Silvia was the responsible for losing this package. I asked her for a receipt as she should give me one after paying shipping but she did not and she did not even explain me why. Thanks God I took a picture of the box. While coordinating her team, Priscilla was rude and disrespectful with me and other customers that were in line. You just need to see the extremely poor rate this location has compared to other USPS ones in the same city. I never had such a bad experience at USPS until I met this one, only in this location. I won´t come here anymore, always a bad experience. This location is definitively losing a lot of money with her management.

Unresponsive to requests to find mail filed through USPS.com. My item was sent (with tracking) 9/28/21. It is now 10/22/21 and the item has never left this location. Now I'm out money for the item, materials, and the item itself. If I had any choice as to where items went for distribution, I would avoid this location at all costs. Nothing better than your item being lost by a location and you, the sender, being responsible for it, especially when there's no recourse to take. If you have literally any where else you can go to get your mail processed, go there and save yourself the potential for frustration.

worst customer service in the world. they delivered my package to the wrong place, but the tracking number says it was delivered to my address. I never received my package and it has been three weeks already. I am sure someone lese is enjoying what I purchased now. the thing is that nobody wants to assume responsibility of the fact that they messed up. they never own it. also, try using the phone system and speaking to a real person. I have tried that multiple times without ever getting to speak to someone. I think they automated this phone system to purposely frustrate people and simply abandon the call because they do not want to face a real customer.

Same! My priority package has been there “In transit” for 8 days now! Glad to hear someone eventually got theirs.
Agreed. That's a +1 for an express package that they scheduled for 5 days out on a 2 day guaranteed delivery and then sat on it for 2 days. My God shut this place down. It's a nightmare.
The best u can do is to call the office location directly and ask.
I would call the post office with the receipt which has the number to track the mail or pkg.
Lobby is open 24 hours
I don't think it is within your ability to shut down a Post office dear .
Oh man that's been a while, you may just have to come in and check with someone. It will sit there if there was an issue like postage due or if they made several attempts to deliver. Better do it soon before it gets returned to sender
I believe you would have to check with thàt facility.
Can't mail something that long through USPS. Our maximum size is 130 combined inches in length × width × height. You might want to try UPS, they usually handle the larger size items that we cannot.
You can't get a passport at the office on Creekside Rd. You would have to go to the office on Franklin Parkway. But you do not need an appointment.
Inside they have a self serve machine you can buy stamps .
No only next day
The office in Castaic off by the 126 handles passports
It depends on the size, & which office you get the box at. Go to usps.com & you can not only get your answer, plus you can fill out the application & get started, then take your application in to the Post office & see a Sales Associate with proper I. D.'s and your good to go!
Do you mean on Wednesday (yesterday)?
The latest the mail should be in the boxes is 11
Yes we are. The front retail window opened at 8:00 AM
You can submit a Missing Mail Request on the USPS website.
I think so.
Are you open on Saturdays?
