Surely didn't go out of their way to help with my RC. I was hoping to check out their track in the future, but it's not worth driving that far for bad customer service.
The KTM Guy
Hot rod is by far one of the best shops and tracks in SoCal. The track is small for 1/8 buggy’s or truggy’s but is still very technical and fast. Tuesday and Saturday night racing are fantastic! Great announcers. The shop is filled will practically every part you can think of for racing. Check them out

Excellent service. I am a truck driver locally here in CA. I just recently got back into RC. Well I needed parts yesterday and luckily there was room on the street for me. I went in and Mason(sorry if I messed up the spelling) helped me out. He answered every little question I had and had every part there that I needed. This guy was welcoming too!!! You go to some shops and you don't even get a hello. This guy greeted me and made me feel at home. I highly recommend this place and have mason help you. This guy knows his stuff. Btw the granite body does fit the rustler. Haha even have the 4x4 lights on top.

Your best bet is to take what you have to Hot Rod Hobbies and let them guide you in the right direction!
Reasonable prices and l think they match on-line prices. I always shop there because of the service and friendships with the owner and staff. They have 2 great on-site tracks and have organised racing every week. Great place! Try it, you'll like it too.
