I wish I could give a vet 0 stars but I cannot, however we brought our 7-year-old pit bull here last Monday who has been a patient at this vet since birth and they basically sent him home saying that they had no emergency appointments (why are you an urgent care???) Everyone in the waiting room saw he was in distress and could barely breath, we were praying he would make it to the 10:30 am next day apt given as we called around for a vet appointment when we got home, but sadly our dog passed in my son's arms. If you love pets and claim to have an urgent care, why not help a dog in distress? I'm sure the other customers would have understood, to top it off you don't even have an alternative vet on standby to refer you gave us a list of 10+ vets by the time we found one an hour later it was too late, and the vet that had never met our dog had more compassion that his own vet center, so that is where we will be taking his twin brother from now on. DO NOT COME HERE WITH AN ANIMA IN DISTRESS OR WHO NEEDS IMMEDIATE CARE OR COMPSSION!!!

Took my sweet, gentle diabetic dog on an emergency basis to Valencia Vet Center on Sunday. Dr. Chavez was phenomenal, as well as all staff I encountered. They showed true compassion. After 6 hours and very thorough testing and explanation on my pup's condition, it was recommended to take him to a 24 hour emergency animal hospital in Ventura. I truly am grateful for their care of him prior to leaving for Ventura. Thanks to each and everyone of you.

We have been entrusting our pets' health in this great team of advocates. The staff and vets of Valencia Veterinary Center are very attentive, patient and most of all compassionate. Shout out to Dr. Antonella Andriertti for the genuine support and medical advice in keeping our pet, especially Sebastian well and comfortable. She went above and beyond in catering all of our questions. We have never met a vet as passionate as her. Thank you so much Dr! Also thanks to Carlos and to the rest of the techs for the never ending assistance. More power to your clinic!

This place was amazing and very friendly! My chameleon got sick over night and they took me in the next morning! The staff was very nice and Dr. Munoz did such a fantastic job on taking care of our chameleon. She explained everything and answered all our questions. The price of the overall visit and mediation has not as expensive as I thought it would be for an exotic animal. Will definitely recommend to other reptile owners!

I'm not sure what your trying to ask. But you have to pay upfront with a credit card, pet insurance or care credit for any surgery. :)
