Worst place ever!! My daughter was sick with strep throat with over 100 degree temperature and they made her wait outside in the heat while others were allowed to stay inside the air conditioned wait room. After waiting in the heat for about 10 to 15 minutes we left and went to another urgent care where she was allowed to sit inside.

This was one of the cleanest, quickest, friendliness urgent care I have ever been to. Kalli and the front desk was extremely helpful during my first visit and even took the time to verify my husbands information for future visits. Once I was back, Brittany was so sweet and understanding. She even offered me water while I waited for the doctor. The doctor (who I forgot his name) took his time to understand why I was there and the best course of action. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with every issue taken care of my part. I feel much better and will be referring them to all of my friends and family. Great urgent care!

I had a covid test at 9am Wednesday. I didn't get a result all day. I finally called at 7 45 that night before they closed. After being on hold they said your positive. I have no symptoms and didn't feel comfortable with the treatment. So I got up this morning Thursday and went to facey and waited for 2 hours for the same and I'm negative. Beware of this place. I won't ever go there again nor will I tell any of my friends. The reason I went here in the first place was because I could get appointment. Also they asked for a copy pay. Which facey did not.

Hello, Our cash price is $45 for a TB test. Some insurance carriers will pay for that test, you may want to call your carrier and ask if they do. No appointment necessary we are open Mon-Sat 8am-8pm and Sun 8am-6pm. Best,
I had no problem
More then likely, they were checking for cuts, abrasions, abscesses, bad teeth or swollen tonsils. You probably left with an Rx for an antibiotic and instructions to rest and push fluids. Yes, it is normal. Many different techniques. After all, doctors are humans, too. You can always ask for a copy of the paperwork from your file but you will need a medical dictionary to understand what is written.
It depends on your insurance. If you dont have insurance, I suggest you call and speak with the staff to find out the cost.
