Leona displayed the utmost customer service when I checked into her property. Despite checking in after business hours, Leona ensured my check in was a smooth as possible. She even left a cart in my storage room for me so that I could move my items easier. Taking the time out of her day to ensure my move in was seamless shows a lot about her hospitality. Moreover, she reached out my phone call the next day just to follow up. Leona is definitely the total professional.
