I have been wanting to try Hole in the Wall for almost a year now and today I had the pleasure! I have never raved about eggs before at restaurant, but the scrambled EGGS here are actually delicious and just as good as mine I make at home! I also ordered perfectly golden fried hash browns, a fluffy buttermilk biscuit (cat head sized and baked to perfection), and seasonal fresh fruit (cantaloupe, watermelon, orange slices ~ delicious!). My boyfriend was equally as satisfied with his meal (oatmeal w/ fresh blueberries & brown sugar and home fries) as we are vegetarians. The service was FAST and friendly and we WILL BE BACK!

Cool history, food ok… could’ve cooked French toast less and eggs more 🙄. Finished meal before we were able to flag down someone for a coffee refill.

Hole in the Wall in Blairsville, Georgia. This spot has great breakfast with some killer lunch items too. My first time here with a friend, we ate then realized "uh oh... They don't take cards, cash only 😬" luckily we had a few coins between the two of us to help us pay for our meals. Those days are OVER now that @holeinthewallga accepts cards!! I typically like getting their scrambled eggs with sausage along with my favorite STUFFED NEW YORK STYLE FRENCH TOAST, but they have plenty of more food items to choose from. This is a small place so the tables are on the smaller side. They get VERY busy so be smart about the time of day you get there, otherwise you'll be putting your name on the waiting list to be called. There is also plenty of parking up out back with a few spots available in the square side. Service is friendly and food comes out fresh and fast. Corned beef hash was excellent! I would definitely return for it. The rest of the food was fine. Grits and eggs could have used way more salt. Apples were really soft — I wish they had retained a little bit of texture. Bacon was done well. Biscuits had way too much gravy on them.
