I usually have a great time here but my last visit was very unpleasant. I walked in with my girlfriend and was told it was a 30 minute wait , so we asked the hostess Daniele if we could wait in the bar until our table was ready. She said yes and handed me a buzzer. We got 2 drinks and a yard sale at the bar and we’re going to order 2 more drinks and the all day breakfast sandwich once seated. When our table was ready I went over to hostess and she sat us down at the table and asked if we had closed out our tab in the bar and so we went and closed out the tab and then waited at our table. I guess the manager sandy didn’t like that we were seated at a table and decided to come over and yell at us in front of 4 other tables trying to scold and embarrass us for moving seats even though the hostess gave us the buzzer for a table. She then told us that she “would let it slide this time but next time I will not allow this”. She then left and me and my girlfriend waited to be served for 20 minutes and were never served. The waitress went out of her way to not make eye contact and not serve us”. So we figured it was time to go , and wanted to ask our waitress why we weren’t served and her response was “my manger sandy told me I was not allowed to wait on you under any circumstances I’m really sorry it was so awkward”. Me and my girlfriend live on the mountain and work on the mountain and go to bullwinkles all the time and have never received this kind of treatment. We would have never sat at the bar with a buzzer if it wasn’t for our hostess saying it was okay!

Perfect spot for lunch break during freezing cold weather outside. Restaurant has a bar section and dining room with beautiful big windows. So I was able to enjoy noon time sunshine from warm inside. During the lunch hours get super busy …

We had cheese steak sandwich and chili. Both were delicious and reasonably priced!

Awesome mountainside restaurant to stop for a beer or lunch. The hot cocktails are outstanding.
